Having passed engineering from Priyadarshani Institute of Engineering & Technology, Nagpur, in 2009,- I was confident of finding a job in Software Development. My quest took me to many companies but everywhere I was asked for Industry Relevant Experience. Finally I received a message from Synergy Technology Services. After qualifying 3 rounds of interviews, STS not only offered me a job in CODING but also with in 5 months sharpened my skills and made me proficient in  JAVA, .NET & PHP through Project experience under Industry Professionals. I sincerely thank STS.

I did engineering from GLA, Mathura in 2009. With over 70% I thought finding a job would be easy. But months passed by but no software development offer came my way. That’s when I realized how scarcely skilled I was. Synergy was yet another option which I explored. I completed MCA from SRMSCET, Bareilly in 2009.In my final semester I joined a company to get an exposure into the Industry. After passing out I failed to secure a job .I was wondering how I would be able to upgrade my skills. It was then that I joined STS since then there has been no looking back. I underwent Project sessions with the Team Leads and project managers, who used to come from Mumbai, on JAVA, .NET & PHP, I feel a lot more confident as a professional. As promised, Today I have a job with STS at Mumbai.
